My Vi Mi Gia 2 in Garden Grove is an amazing spot for authentic Vietnamese cuisine, particularly known for its excellent fry noodle dishes. This small, bustling restaurant offers a cozy atmosphere that may require a bit of patience due to small staffing and busy crowds. The menu boasts a variety of noodle options, but the standout dish is the house special egg noodles, which come either dry or in a savory broth, featuring a mix of meats and fried pork lard. This is a highly recommended choice, offering a delicious mix of noodles, meat, and seafood. While the food quality is consistently, there are some things you should be aware when coming here, as it is not like the type of restaurants that would improve. The service, while generally quick, can sometimes feel rushed and disorganized, especially during busy times. Additionally, the restaurant's interior is a bit dated. Parking can also be a challenge due to the restaurant's location in a busy business strip, so plan accordingly. But these shouldn't be the reasons for not coming here because, after all it's all about the food. And the food is excellent. Despite these minor drawbacks, the exceptional food makes My Vi Mi Gia a favorite among locals and my family. Just remember to bring cash, as the restaurant does not accept credit cards. If you're looking for a taste of Saigonese Chinese noodles in Garden Grove, My Vi Mi Gia is definitely worth a visit.

I love this place, it might look run down a bit but the food is bomb as well as the service is quick. Definitely try their dry special noodles

Love their dry noodle here. Just one thing that I don't like that sometimes the waiters are giving bad attitudes. But I will say that food is really good

Mi Vit Tiem is solid, the braised duck is quite tasty. Broth wise, I prefer the darker version cooked with traditional herbal medicine (thuoc Bac). They are generous with the pickled vegetables which is much appreciated. The vibe here is like a restaurant you would find in Vietnam. Plain stainless tables, open kitchen, walking past trays of prepped food on the way to the bathroom. Parking can be a problem as the lot in front is small.
